Swift is a theme for devices running CyanogenMod version 12 and 12.1 or other roms with the theme engine included. Operating systems without the theme engine are not supported.
Swift intends to give you a better Android experience. It stands out from most other themes as it doesn't change what is great with material design. It keeps the material design but at the same time improve parts of the UI to make it even more attractive.
