Added:
1) Title screen now offers a Style Select option, and a toggle button to turn retro styles on/off.
2) The new Style Select screen offers 4 retro console styles: Atari 2600, ColecoVision, Game Boy, and Virtual Boy
3) The Pause screen also offers a button to go to Style Select, as well as, a retro toggle button.
Fixed:
1) Pause screen works everywhere.
2) Enemies now die if the player is motionless while attacking them.
3) Whip now displays in front of bosses.
