Hi, this this an alternative color version of Noir Theme, I hope you like this theme, it will change the look of your phone. To use this you need a custom rom using theme engine, like CM, AOKP, Paranoid, Carbon, etc., so , yes, you need to be root to use this. This theme is for Hdpi/Xdpi devices runing.It changes system and many other apps
