How to?
Make sure you installed latest CM11/AOSPA/AOKP release.
Download the theme, go to Settings => Themes = > Theme packs
Find the Android L - Style Theme and click it.
Select all checkboxes you want and hit update.
Reboot twice. Done!
IMPORTANT: Please update your rom with the latest nightly to avoid stability problems with some options of settings, theme engine had a bug with white themes and cyanogenmod fixed the issue recently.
